Allied Fiber Defined

Allied Fiber was established to address the need for a national, open access, physical layer, network-neutral dark fiber superstructure. Allied Fiber is the first integrated, network-neutral dark fiber, colocation and interconnection provider open to all network operators in the United States.

Allied Fiber owns, builds and operates its own network-neutral, fiber optic cable system, connecting subsea landing points, wireless towers, data centers, carrier hotels, colocation facilities, enterprise buildings, schools and governments with next generation, long-haul and short-haul dark fiber. This necessary dark fiber network, planned to unite along its route the continental United States, is created to address America’s need for more broadband access, wireless backhaul, data center distribution and lower latency communications services.  

Allied Fiber is utilizing the most advanced Corning fiber optic cables in its ducts to meet the ever increasing bandwidth demands for mobile networks, video content, distributed cloud computing and storage as well as other advanced technologies thus enabling the development of the Global Broadband Economy for the United States.

The Allied Fiber team is a collection of experts in the fields of communications, network construction and finance.  They are all dedicated to building and providing access to an abundant supply of dark fiber in areas where it is most needed. The Northeast sgement of new duct and fiber construction is between New York, NY, Ashburn, VA and Chicago, IL.The current segment of the construction is between Miami, FL, Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA.
